Located inside Hotel 43, Chandlers is a long-time staple in Boise. The restaurant opened in 1994 and takes pride in serving the best, hand-carved steaks and fresh seafood. They order shellfish directly from Alaska and Hawaii. Jazz musicians take the stage, creating background music 7 nights a week.
Menu favorites at Chandlers include the USDA Prime New York Steak and the Grass Fed Filet Mignon, which is rubbed with ancho chile powder. Round out your meal with a side of the gouda mac 'n cheese. For dessert, the triple-layer carrot cake and fromage blanc cheesecake are both incredible.
