Every year, as the holidays approach our Coldwell Banker Tomlinson family gathers for a tradition that's as heartfelt as it is unforgettable. On November 18, we hosted our 15th Annual Holiday Bake Sale Fundraiser - a lively, joyful, and deeply meaningful event that once again showed the remarkable generosity of our agents, affiliates, employees, and supporters.
And the results? Nothing short of inspiring.
At Coldwell Banker Tomlinson, giving back to the community isn't just something we do—it's part of who we are. On November 19, 2024, we hosted our 14th annual Bake Sale Auction, a company tradition that blends delicious treats, spirited bidding, and a whole lot of heart. DOERS OF GOOD: Advocates Against Family Violence

Past recipients have included food pantries, children's foster programs, and animal rescues. Coming together to serve is a cornerstone in CBT's foundation.
We are proud this year to support Advocates Against Family Violence (AAFV) and our November Doer of Good, CBT Realtor® Johnel Nunes. As a volunteer and financial contributor for over five years, Johnel was introduced to the organization by her son Nathan, who...

Reaching Out to Help
For about five years, CBT Realtor® Ylonda Hays has been volunteering her time – and cooking skills – to feed the homeless community in Boise. We are proud to feature her as our October Doer of Good.
It's hard to pin down the exact number of homeless individuals and families in our valley. By some estimates, those experiencing homelessness have more than doubled in the last three years. Lost jobs, medical emergencies, landlords taking advantage of the increase in home prices and choosing to sell, or simply raising the rent, have all contributed to the challenges more and more families are dealing with across the c...
